Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase govern the buying and selling transactions between you and Nanjing Xiao Yuanxiao Trading Co., Ltd. (Coriipovia).

Formation of contract

When you place an order through the checkout, it constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or involving pricing or product-description errors — in which case any payment already made will be refunded.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is collected through the methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge the order total, including shipping and any applicable fees. Prices exclude import duties, taxes and brokerage fees unless otherwise stated.

Title and risk

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in approximately 7–12 business days after dispatch, subject to the terms in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, including the 30-day return window, eligibility conditions and 5–10 business day refund timing.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by emailing service@coriipovia.com. Once shipped, the return process applies.
