Q: How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods processing may be slightly longer, and we will notify you if there is any unexpected delay.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes approximately 7–12 business days after dispatch for most destinations. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $69. For orders under $69, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the shipping method you choose.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Q: What if my package is delayed, lost, or shows "Delivered" but I did not receive it?
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package appears lost, please email service@coriipovia.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and make things right. We do not automatically reject a request only because tracking shows "Delivered".
Q: How do I return an item?
Email service@coriipovia.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason, and photos or videos if relevant. Once approved, we will send you the correct return warehouse address and instructions. Please do not send items back to our registered address.
Q: How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Q: Do your products come with care instructions?
Yes. Bathroom textiles should be washed before first use and cared for according to the label. Storage items should be used within their stated weight and size limits. Fragrance and moisture-absorbing products are for home use only: keep them away from children and pets, do not ingest them, and use in a ventilated area.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change an order before it is dispatched by emailing us as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, our return process applies.
