We want you to be happy with your Coriipovia purchase. If something is not right, we will work with you to make it right. Please read the details below.

Return window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and in their original packaging. Personalized, customized or clearance items may be excluded where this is clearly stated before purchase.

How to request a return

Email service@coriipovia.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos or videos where relevant. Our team will review your request and reply within 1–2 business days.

Return address

Please do not send returns to our registered business address (Room 1168, Office Building No. 8, Longtan Avenue, Longtan Sub-district, Qixia District, Nanjing, Jiangsu 210034, China). Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return warehouse address and return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping

For preference-based returns (changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, we will provide a replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to you.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. We do not charge excessive restocking fees.
