Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and tracked, and what to do if something goes wrong with delivery.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery time

Standard delivery takes approximately 7–12 business days after dispatch for most destinations. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as transit can be affected by customs clearance, weather, carrier delays or other events beyond our control.

Shipping fees

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $69. For orders under $69, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the selected shipping method. Prices shown exclude any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees, which remain the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

Fulfillment origin

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability and the delivery destination.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delayed or lost packages

If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, or your package appears to be lost, please contact service@coriipovia.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and take responsibility for resolving the issue. We do not automatically reject a request solely because tracking shows "Delivered".
